WALL OF HONOR

The Wall of Honor is designed to be a living tribute to the veterans of our community, in and around the Wausau area, preserving their legacies through a collection of biographies and historic photos displayed in a gallery-style exhibit. Each page tells the story of a service member—where they served, their experiences, and their contributions both in and out of uniform.  It will be unveiled at the EAA Chapter 640 Armed Forces Day event on May 16 and 17, 2025 at Wausau Downtown Airport.

This project is more than a display; it is an opportunity to educate, inspire, and express gratitude. By bringing these stories to life, we ensure that the sacrifices and achievements of our veterans are never forgotten, creating a space where visitors can walk through history, connect with those who served, and appreciate the impact of their dedication.  

Through these carefully curated profiles, the Wall of Honor stands as a powerful reminder that the past is not just something to remember—it is something to learn from and carry forward.
